Qualifications:
You must live in the Denver Metro area.
· Mechanical aptitude and thorough knowledge of hand and power tools
· Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stops, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling. Must be good with heights. Can lift a minimum of 50lbs.
· Must have reliable cell phone and vehicle
· You can keep accurate inventory records and time sheets
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Strong Time Management Skills and problem solving.
· Must be responsible and well-organized.
· Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.
· Must be good with being in your car for extended periods of time driving around to different job sites.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Is comfortable with heights and being on scissor and boom lifts.
· Hardworking, organized, reliable and hands-on individual with good technical capabilities
· Communicates respectfully and courteously, anticipating customer needs, using best judgement when completing assigned scope of work.
· Must be 21 years or older
We’re very willing to train those new to this field of work, but the below mentioned knowledge and experience would be very helpful.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience in:
· Experience with Alarm panels such as: Honeywell, Raven, Ademco, GE, DSC, DMP, Bosch and others
· Strong electronics knowledge & background (AC/DC theory, series and parallel circuits, open/close loops) and ability to use digital volt meters
· Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
· Knowledge of door hardware, electric/mechanical locking devices, and building codes pertaining to construction, fire, and electrical systems
· Able to assist in installation or assembly of: CAT5e, CAT6, COAX, speaker, control wire systems and fire alarm systems
· Ability to read and understand design and construction documents
- Knowledge and ability to work on fire alarm systems
