ServiceTec, a top-tier provider of managed IT services to airports, is seeking a dedicated Airport System Support Technician to join our team at LAX. If you're passionate about troubleshooting and maintaining crucial Airport Systems in a dynamic environment, this role offers an exciting chance to be at the heart of aviation technology.
FLSA Status and Hours: This is a part-time, non-exempt position and requires onsite shift work. Hours are Weekends Only, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Position Overview: As an Airport System Support Technician with ServiceTec at LAX Airport, you'll serve as the frontline technical support for passengers, guests, and employees, ensuring seamless operation of Airport Systems. Your role involves providing comprehensive assistance with various Airport Systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a dynamic mix of proactive problem-solving and reactive support, along with opportunities for technical training and professional growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and transport tools and equipment. Position may require walking 10,000 or more steps in an average day.
- High school diploma with 2 plus years of experience in customer service preferred but not required.
- A+ or relevant certification(s) preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
