Ai Engineer

Our customer is looking to hire an AI Engineer/Developer to join their team on a full-time basis. This will be a HYBRID role & must sit on site 3 days a week.

Top Skills Required:

•  Generative, Conversational AI and NLP experience- 1+ years
• Machine learning experience – TensorFlow, Keras, OR Scikit learn- 2+ years of experience
• Software Developer -8 years of experience
  • Significant hands on experience with Python, Java/Java Script and SQL
• Cloud Expertise/Experience- Amazon Web Services, GCP or Azure – 5+ years 

Nice to have (Not required) 

• Data Science proficiency – Pandas, Scipy, and BigQuery

• Proficiency with Postgres/My SQL and NoSql DB’s (preferably MongoDB)

• Expertise with event driven development and REST.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibilities will be the engineering of all technical work across the organization.
• You will report to the SVP Engineering, and work closely with the companion team in Korea, Product Managers, Quality Assurance Team, and your engineering team.
• Develop the AI platform strategy aligned with the organization's goals and needs.
• Help define the roadmap for generative AI application projects, outlining short-term and long-term objectives.
• Identify opportunities for generative/conversational application across different business areas.
• Lead or contribute to NLP research initiatives, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of technology.
• Guide the design and development of NLP models, algorithms, and solutions.
• Address ethical considerations related to bias, fairness, privacy, and transparency in generative AI systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, software engineers, and domain experts.
• Translate business requirements into NLP solutions and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will be a source of fresh thinking, innovation and technical leadership to the organization, and your leadership will be reflected in the teams you manage.
