SalaryAs a Marketing Agency Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal project teams. You will act as a dedicated client advocate, ensuring that client needs are understood, communicated, and met with excellence. We're seeking someone who possesses outstanding English communication skills and is experienced in project and account management. ClickUp Experience or Strong PM System Management is required. Home services experience (working with contractors) is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advocacy
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and satisfied.
Communication Mastery
- Efficiently communicate client requirements, feedback, and updates to internal project teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and text to keep them informed and engaged.
- Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and proactive.
Project & Account Management
- Utilize ClickUp to manage client projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
- Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met and projects remain within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that strategies align with client objectives.
Feedback & Reporting
- Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and presentations on campaign performance and deliverables.
- Gather client feedback and implement changes or improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Home Services Experience (like working with Contractors)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within a marketing agency setting.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management software.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
