Affiliate Program Manager
TrendSpider is an online platform designed for professional and retail traders and investors. It uses web and cloud-based technologies to help them improve their market analysis and trading performance by reducing the amount of grunt work that they have to do through automation, saving time, making them more efficient, and improving their trading performance.
TrendSpider is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to aid the Business Development and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include supplying support in the form of lead generation, partner relationship development (through introductory calls demos, etc.), database and spreadsheet organization, and team calendar management.
The ideal candidate for this role has a genuine interest in the markets and learning various technical trading strategies, has prior experience in technical analysis, and is comfortable working with professional traders to develop business relationships and partnerships.
*40 hrs/week - U.S. time zone work hours 9am - 5pm EST*
Job Description:
Affiliate Program Manager is a role within the TrendSpider marketing team that is responsible for supplying support in the form of lead generation, partner relationship development, database and spreadsheet organization, and team calendar management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with digital marketing, specifically affiliate and referral programs
- Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with Google Calendar
- Familiar with CRM tool
- Experience working on a diverse multi-disciplinary team
- Familiar with or have direct experience with Technical Analysis, Charts, Trading, Investing, Stocks and/or Crypto Markets
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the affiliate funnel database of potential and current affiliates and their associated information (and move affiliates along the funnel as they progress)
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners and start initial reach out with new leads
- Lead initial affiliate introduction calls and get help them with initial affiliate setup
- Add new affiliates to the necessary organizational spreadsheets and Monday CRM funnel, using criteria defined by the business development team
- Assist in managing Business Development team's calendars
- Add new partners to the "Partners" website page at the beginning and middle of each month
- Manage paid affiliate tracking sheets
- Assist in the completion of monthly key performance indicators and data sheets

- Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates.

- Experience in affiliate marketing or a related field, preferably in the technology or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the trading industry and technical analysis software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
