Responsibilities: • Patient Consultation and Care: Engage in detailed consultations to understand and meet patients' aesthetic goals, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver exceptional quality service, maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety. • Continuous Learning and Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training to master the latest industry trends and techniques, while working closely with the team to boost patient satisfaction and elevate clinic reputation. • Clinical Support and Management: Assist providers in ensuring efficient patient flow, prepare treatment areas, manage medical supplies inventory, and uphold the clinic's operational and medical standards, including HIPAA-compliant record-keeping. • Administrative Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and the development and implementation of office policies and procedures, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. • Patient Interaction and Support: Offer a welcoming and professional environment, manage patient intake and follow-ups, and provide thorough pre- and post-care instructions, contributing to a positive patient experience. • Marketing and Documentation: Support marketing efforts through social media engagement and manage aesthetic documentation by taking before and after photos, assisting in the promotion of clinic services and outcomes. Qualifications: • Texas Nursing License: Possess a valid nursing license in the state of Texas. • Experience Requirement: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. • Technical Proficiency: Show demonstrated proficiency in a variety of aesthetic injection techniques. • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Professional Growth: Display a strong desire to learn and professionally develop under the guidance of a seasoned expert in aesthetic medicine. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team to enhance patient care and clinic outcomes. • Patient-Centered Approach: Prioritize patient safety, satisfaction, and personalized care in all professional activities.
