Aesthetics And Wellness Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our newly developed Aesthetics and Wellness Division. This is a new branch off of a long standing highly successful medical device and services distribution company with financial strength in the industry.

This is a 1099-Independent Sales position on a commission-based compensation plan. The successful candidate can expect to earn $150-250K or more in the first 12-18 months. We are looking for true professionals who are confident in their ability to hunt and close sales. True professionals who come with a databased of established connections and relationships and who are willing to learn and work hard.

Job Description:

• Using your existing resources and sales talents, identify medical practices and businesses in the wellness and aesthetics sector to acquire as clients for two highly specialized and effective programs provided by the company.
• Your sales targets are: MedSpas, Chiropractors, Holistic Practitioners, Naturopathic Practitioners, Functional Medicine Practitioners, Wellness Clinics, Weight Reduction Clinics, Gyms and Fitness Centers.
• You will be equipped with sales collateral and marketing assistance that will open doors to the unique, cutting-edge medical technology we are offering. Cold calling via in-person or phone calls are a staple of your job duties.
• You will present basic information on our programs to the decision makers in an attempt to gain their interest enough for them to commit to a 30-45 minute live web presentation with the developer of these proprietary programs.
• We help you close the deals, and then we take over all fulfillment and support services, leaving you free to go out and bring in more business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or medical related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• A home based location that is business equipped.
• 10-years experience selling medical or aesthetic devices directly to decision makers in the appropriate businesses/practices.
• Long track record of achieving or exceeding established sales quotas.
• A strong sales closer, with a highly enthusiastic personality and ability to quickly develop relationships.
• Experienced with MS Office and Outlook
• Ability to follow directions and do what has to be done to drive business forward.
• Highly dependable and punctual.
