SalaryThe Aesthetic Clinical Trainer (ACT) is responsible for overseeing all functional aspects of It’s A Secret Med Spa (IAS) Clinical Training program by providing training, evaluations, coaching and competency assessments for the clinical staff for services offered by the Company. Services, include but are not limited to, injectables, laser treatments, body contouring and other aesthetic services added by the Company. As the Company’s ACT, you will play a key role in assuring our clinical staff are fully trained and competent to provide excellent service. Candidates must be willing to travel outside of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex approximately 25%-30% of the time.

- The ability to provide exceptional training and education to clinical staff to enhance customer satisfaction and results driven productivity.
- Must be able to travel 25%-30% of the time to all locations in Texas and across the Country to conduct education and trainings to clinical staff.
- Create and enhance clinical training program for new and tenured IAS injectors and laser technicians.
- Develop and enhance competency assessments for all clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for clinical staff competency.
- Works with the Hiring Manager and/or Human Resources to evaluate clinical staff candidates and confirm they meet company standards for experience, credentials, affability and culture.
- Assists Compliance Department to create quality control assessments for all clinical staff.
- Competent to administer all service offerings and maintains knowledge of new technology that may be added to Company service offerings.
- Create and oversee development of trainings within our learning management system - both video and other types.
General Job Requirements
- Must possess a strong and thorough knowledge of aesthetic lasers, skin treatment procedures, aesthetician practices
- Maintains current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies when renewed to management
- Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation
- Maintains patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
- Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
- Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up 50lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Needed
- Registered Nurse or PA License issued by the State of Texas is (Required)
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program is required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is beneficial
- Experience as an Aesthetic injector 3< years (Required)
