We are a primary care clinic located in DFW, TX area. Looking for an experienced Referral Coordinator to train our existing staff members on handling outgoing referrals.
- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience processing outgoing referrals, for primary care office, for evaluation and treatment, and follow up with specialist's office.
- Must have 2+ year of eClinicalWorks experience, Availity and other necessary portals. Experience with eClinicalWorks web version 11e or higher is a plus.
Our ideal candidate also has prior experience within a medical office coordinating referrals, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience documenting and attaching referrals into eClinicalWorks EHR. Follow-up with all referring providers regarding appointment status. Update referral log daily.
NOTE: THIS IS A CONSULTANCY BASED GIG. NEED SOMEONE FOR 4-5 HOURS (TOTAL) TO TRAIN THE STAFF ON REFERRAL PROCESSES IN PCP OFFICE.
