Aerospace Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through careful examination and analysis. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards.

Duties:
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure product dimensions
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns that may affect product quality
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team to implement and maintain quality management systems
- Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspections
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or abnormalities
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of quality management systems and principles
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $19.29 - $30.00 per hour
