SalaryJob entails hand grinding, inspecting, marking, and packing aerospace grade metal parts for use on helicopters and airplanes. Ability to read and interpret drawings, use basic metrology tools, and follow quality system requirements. Job also entails being flexible and willing to perform many other tasks such as cleaning, organizing, maintenance, and others. There is no work from home opportunity. Safety and quality are top requirements.
Basic knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, however we will train an appropriate candidate.
Hours can be somewhat flexible, full time or part time. OT available. SEP (Simplified Employee Pension) which required no employee contribution in lieu of a 401k. Full health benefits with no employee contribution. Year-end bonus potential. Having an exceptional work ethic and being a good cultural fit to organization is paramount. Paid vacation and sick days.
Fluent command of the English language, spoken, written, writing, understanding is a strong requirement.
Candidate must be a US Person. That means either born in the USA, having US Citizenship, or permanent legal resident status. A full background check will be performed.
Opportunity for advancement for the right candidate to include CAD file tool review, FAIR submission and other technical/engineering related tasks.
