As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Deburr Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality and precision.

Position Overview:
As an Aerospace Deburr Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that aerospace components meet our exacting standards for quality and precision. You will be responsible for performing deburring operations on machined parts, removing imperfections, burrs, and sharp edges to ensure the components meet specifications and are ready for further processing or assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deburring operations on aerospace components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Inspect machined parts for burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to identify and address any issues related to deburring and finishing processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in deburring techniques and familiarity with a variety of deburring tools and equipment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
