This role will report to the Ad Operations Manager as part of the Advertising Operations team, overseeing Western Unions digital ad campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign trafficking, management, optimization and reporting for all digital ad campaigns. In direct support of Ad Sales, persons in this role must be able to translate client needs into actionable tasks and see them through to completion. Must be comfortable collaborating with other teams and learning new technologies and systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Traffic and monitor display campaigns in Google Ad Manager
- 1+ years experience using Charles Proxy or equivalent ad debugging tool
- Troubleshoot technical issues on live campaigns
- QA flighting/setup, creative and launching of the campaigns
- Manage campaign pacing, adjusting as needed to ensure campaign budgets deliver in full
- Work with sales and other teams to obtain campaign assets and manage client expectations
- Work with marketing teams to obtain in house digital assets and manage GAM house campaigns
- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns
- Other duties as deemed appropriate and necessary
Role Requirements
- 1-2 years in an Advertising Operations role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
- High proficiency with GAM/DFP, SSPs (e.g., Google Ad, Index Exchange), Excel
- Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Criteo).
- Programmatic experience a plus

Salary
The on-target earnings range is USD$65,700 - USD$108,600 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
