The Opportunity
- Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners
- Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS required
- Previous hospitalist/inpatient experience is required
- Current CA state license is a plus
- This is an 8-hour day shift
- Round and discharge up to 14 patients
- Autonomous position with supporting physician in-house
The Practice
Victor Valley Global Medical Center - Victorville, California
- Average daily encounters is 10-20
- 101-bed acute care hospital and is the premier healthcare facility in the High Desert
- Full range of both inpatient and outpatient specialty services, including a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Delivery Land™ Maternal Care Services, and a full spectrum of Radiology/Imaging Services
- 1 Hospitalist per day with night call
