Advanced Licensed Therapist (Hybrid/Telehealth)

Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, and wellness services (acupuncture and nutrition services) to individuals and families in Maryland and Delaware. We have offices in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a Telehealth division in Maryland and Delaware and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County schools.

We are searching for a talented new member to join our Telehealth team and grow into an office in the Wilmington, DE area. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time or full-time licensed advanced-level therapists (LCPMH, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologists) to provide mental health therapy.

*MUST HAVE ADVANCED DELAWARE LICENSE*

Salary Range:

This is a fee for service position. Employees are paid based on rate of collections from insurance companies.

In some cases, Balance Point Wellness will pay for out-of-state applicants who are eligible for reciprocity in the State of Maryland to obtain their Maryland license.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions (All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR)
• Development of person-centered treatment plans

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Must be an Advanced Licensed Therapist in Delaware to provide mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management
• Ability to work with ages 10+ preferred
