Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
The Advanced Analytics & Reporting Manager is part of the Strategy and Insights team and reports to the Director of Advanced Analytics. The Reporting/Analytics Manager is responsible for the development and standardization of reporting for the US commercial team, including the consolidation of both external and internal data. The role requires the ability to work cross functionally with multiple business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines. The ability to conduct and translate complex data sets analysis into clear and concise reporting and dashboards is essential to the role.
A Day in the Life...
- Develop, standardize, and maintain reporting and dashboards for the US commercial team, including consolidating external consumption/POS data and internal financial, shipment, and planning data
- Work with business partners to establish measurable KPIs and develop tracking mechanisms
- Analyze reports and dashboards to elevate key insights that go beyond the data
- Work cross functionally with business and technology teams to identify external and internal data sources, secure the data, and develop and execute use cases for reporting
- Manage and ensure effective spending of analytics funds - syndicated data, POS data, ad-hoc data requests, and analytics funds
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and develop additional reports to meet business requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) and POS data
- Strong understanding of PowerBI (or other reporting platform) including establishment of data models, coding of DAX calculations, and development of applications, reporting, and executive dashboards
- Understanding of key financial metrics and their drivers
- Strong written and oral communication
- Understanding of econometric and statistical modeling
- Programming experience (SAS, SQL)
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
