Pay: $71,467.00 - $83,000.00 Salary/year
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology; or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- One year or more of direct clinical experience working with adults.

Responsibilities
- Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual, group, and family counseling and rehabilitation services to adults and Older Adults.
- Facilitate referrals to community resources and performs case management services.
- Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete all documentation per Medi-Cal, Santa Clara County and AACI standards within expected deadlines.
- Participate in clinical supervisions, consultations, team meetings, trainings and on-call after hours rotation.
- Licensed Clinicians only- Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer of the day support.
- Complete other related duties and projects as assigned.
Pay Details: $71,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year
