As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Brio:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 80-bed Health Center.
- Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
- Orienting, training and supervision of team members.
- Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
- Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more!
