Provide clerical and document management services. Serve as a liaison to patients regarding patient accounts, balance inquiries and charge disputes.
This position works evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Qualifications
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
No experience required. General experience working in an office setting is preferred.
