The Admissions Representative is responsible for providing all the necessary information needed in an ethical and effective manner in order for perspective students to make an informed decision regarding enrolling in the School/program.
The Admissions Representative reports to the Director of Admissions (DOA).
- Anticipated starting salary of $45,000; pay rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

- Follow the Company’s established Policies and Procedures for Admissions as outlined, including but not limited to:
- Evaluate future students by way of in-person interviews, and refer any questionable candidates or issues immediately to the Director of Admissions
- Professionally assist prospective students through the admissions process in accordance with all applicable Federal and State regulations
- Ensure that accurate, timely and thorough student records are created in compliance with company standards during the Admissions Process and are forwarded to the appropriate departments.
- Expand the awareness of the School and service within the community
- Request referrals during and after the enrollment process
- Convey only accurate and compliance-approved employment and placement data as provided by the school
- Adequate product knowledge to effectively represent the options available to inquiring students at the School
- Consistently operate with teamwork and support both within and outside the Admissions department
- Adhere to schedule outlined by DOA and/or Campus President, including:
- Work 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month to be available for inquiring students as scheduled
- Achieve reasonable expectations in student outcomes and peer rankings as defined by the DOA and/or Campus President
- When required by state regulations, complete annual continuing education that meets requirements as outlined by those regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent telephone & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Ability to achieve success individually and as part of a team
- Mature, positive and collaborative interpersonal skills
- Possesses a thorough and demonstrable level of knowledge of school programs
- Successfully completes AI admission training
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 1-2 years sales and/or customer service experience
