Admissions Representative

Eastwick College Ramsey is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Admissions Team. Admission Representative Candidates will play a key role in assessing prospective student’s needs and interests while helping to guide all qualified prospects through the enrollment process. A successful candidate must have sales and recruiting background. The candidate should be self-motivated and independent with a positive attitude and the desire to help others succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our programs through consistent and effective outreach.
• Interview prospective students to discuss and explain the programs offered in line with the student’s interests and career goals.
• Assist students with the complete enrollment process, paperwork, and getting started in school.
• Work inquiries generated using an automated system and schedule interview for prospective students.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

• Must have experience in customer service, sales, and recruitment experience with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume telephone and customer service-oriented environment is a plus (real estate or fitness sales experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on general guidelines.

Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.

• Must be goal-oriented and highly ethical.
• Must be available to work day and evening hours and rotating weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
