Admissions Operations Specialist II

Midway University is seeking an organized, enthusiastic individual to serve as an Admissions Operations Specialist II. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also be organized, detail orientated, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as demonstrate an ability to manage multiple assignments and taskssimultaneously. This position will also provide office support for multipleoffices including Admissions and Financial Aid.

This position will be trained on executing campus visits, group visits, territory management and travelling for college fairs/high schools/other campuses to promote Midway University.The successful candidatemust provide exceptional service to all prospective students and applicants, and must also build strong relationships with program directors, staff, and all those stakeholders involved in serving our students. The successfulcandidate mustbe a team player and contribute to a collegial, goal-oriented, and positive work environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of related work experience in an admissions or sales environment is highly desirable. Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong record of achievement and adaptability to change; valid driver's license, clear driving record and clear background screen.
