Admissions Nurse

Advanced Health Care of Hanover is a brand new, 46-bed, short term Skilled Nursing Facility looking for a great Admissions Nurse who is flexible and dedicated. We are looking for an individual who wants to help us provide excellent care to our patients through clinical management of their admission and follow-up on their patient experience. We hope this individual can contribute to building upon our foundation with an emphasis on being friendly, positive, and focused on excellence.

The tentative shift structure for this positions would be (3) 12-hour shifts every other week including one weekend day, and (3) 12-hour shifts plus (1) 4-8 hour shift every other week including one weekend day.
