Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions process, from initial inquiry through admission, ensuring a seamless transition for patients and their families.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to gather necessary patient information and documentation.
• Provide tours and detailed information about facilities and services to prospective patients and families, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission records and reports.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to promote Venza Care's services.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during the admissions process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in admissions coordination or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to admissions.
