Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from prospective students and their families.
- Providing information about the admissions process, program requirements, and campus resources.
- Assisting with the completion of application forms and necessary documentation.
- Scheduling and conducting campus tours for interested individuals.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Maintaining accurate records of applicant information and status.
- Assisting with the coordination of admissions events and open houses.
- Providing support to the admissions team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- LPN/RN Licensed preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families.
- Knowledge of phone systems and experience handling high call volumes.
- Familiarity with the admissions process in an educational setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in a long-term care or similar high-pressure environment is a plus.
