Wee Are The World Childcare Center is a small business in Goldsboro, NC. We are agile, professional, creative and our goal is to serve the needs of children through full time child-care, preschool, after school, and summer camp programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the child care center
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding child care
- Train and supervise staff members
- Create and manage the center's budget
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, curriculum development, and communication with parents
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and community members
- Attend professional development and training opportunities to stay current in the field of child care administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Level III Administator Certificate
- At least 5 years of experience in child care administration / childcare field
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to child care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Experience in staff management and supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality child care services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
