Administrator, Mdm Category Management Support

• Research and respond to store service tickets/incidents relating to item setup, scanning issues, recalls/product disposition, freshness dating, et cetera.

• Research, respond, and make corrections during the annual plan-o-gram review cycle any item maintenance, and discontinued item dispositions. Perform sorting and checking of discontinued item reports, and entry into the recall system. Coordinate and implement warehouse inventory reductions for discontinued items.

• Generate shelf tag request files as required to support special promotions or pricing/data corrections

• Work with Event & Signs & Labels teams to assist in researching cause of issues & support the Manager of Category Management Support to coordinate solutions with Category Management, Advertising, and Store Operations. Where necessary, route issue to other departments for assistance in root cause analysis.

• As needed, assist Item Setup Team to obtain and collect new item and maintenance data updates from the Category Management teams by reviewing all data to ensure completeness, timeliness, accuracy of maintaining the item file.

• Coordinate vendor setup and change requests

• Execute Item moves in a timely and accurate manner to support the Category Managers' merchandising structure and item hierarchy preferences.

• Solicit regular feedback from the Category Management teams and Distribution department to ensure accuracy and consistency of item information to ensure replenishment and all store systems stay in sync.

• Identify and support process improvements related to item and vendor setup and management, recall coordination, shelf tags and signs, and item attribution

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $27.50 hourly, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
