ADMINISTRATOR IN TRAINING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner as instructed by supervisor.
• Adheres to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.
• Cooperates with department personnel, as well as other Solaris HealthCare personnel to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of residents.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment..
• Treats residents, residents’ family members, visitors and fellow employees with courtesy, respect and dignity
• Meets with Supervisor on a regular basis to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas and/or improving services.
• Notifies Solaris HealthCare when late arrival to or absence from work per established Solaris HealthCare policy
• Adheres to established employee policies.
• Adheres to established dress code.
• Meets acceptable Solaris HealthCare attendance requirements.
