Summary

The Administrator, HRIS and Reporting position is responsible for HRIS administration, analysis and Reporting. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining processes to ensure HRIS is running efficiently. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for developing, updating and maintain HR dashboards in PowerBI and Reporting.

Compensation

$63,000 - $72,000 per year(Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HRIS system administrator and manage permissions, access and settings for HRIS users
    • Provide technical support to HRIS users
    • Oversees and maintains optimal function of HRIS including, but not limited to: customization, development, application and system upgrades
    • Ensure security, end user access and data integrity across all HR systems
    • Collaborates with HR leadership and staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
    • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
    • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Compiles complex data into reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff, as requested
    • Collaborating with other departments to identify HR reporting needs and translates those needs into PowerBI, excel, and HRIS for ease of access reporting
    • Developing, updating and maintaining HR dashboards in PowerBI
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed
    • Keep up to date on trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology

Qualifications

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience with database management system (HRIS), PowerBI, and Reporting required
  • Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment required
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented required

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 5-8 years of experience required
  • 6-9 years of experience in HRIS preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
  • Stand/walk
