Administrator Full/Part Time

Fish Window Cleaning is currently hiring for an administrative assistant in Cincinnati, OH.
We are looking for courteous, self- motivated, and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!!
Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 44 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer.
This position is responsibe for but not limied to:

• Answering phones
• A Customer Service
• Collecting current and past due accounts
• Entering and processing credit card payments
• Entering payments into a data base
• Creating new accounts
• Editing existing accounts with updated pricing, component changes et
• Creating an mainatinaing relationsships with National Maintenance companies and their payment procesess
• Training employees on completing invoices and work orders
• Filing paper work
• Perparing and sending Thank you's
• Call residential customers one day prior to service
• Assisit in collection of outstanding accounts receivable

Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High school diploma/GED required.
