Job description

Are you a planner? Do you love to keep everything organized? Are you someone who feels a sense of accomplishment by checking off boxes? Then you may be the right person for a new position at the Better Business Bureau of Western Michigan. We are looking for a part time Administrative/HR Assistant. This person will help keep the office organized and running smoothly. Duties will include, but are not limited to, helping organize Board of Directors meetings, collaborating Human Resources tasks, maintaining office supplies and coordinating facility use by outside groups. We are looking for someone who is mission driven, and wants to help the BBB make the biggest impact possible on area businesses and the community.

Job Type: Part-time

Experience:

  • 2 or more years

Work Location:

  • Grand Rapids (Hybrid)
  • Some time in Grand Rapids office required

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate commensurate with background experience
  • Mileage and travel expense reimbursement

Schedule:

  • Typically Monday to Friday
  • 25 Hours per week
  • Rare weekend/evening events
