Job description

Our client, a real estate development company, is hiring a Second Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to a C-level Executive in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5pm (minimal OT) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote (flex to be in office on Friday for meetings).
Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, prioritizing and resolving conflicts
  • Schedule internal/external meetings: create agendas, take minutes, and handle logistics
  • Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Proofread, answer, and compose routine correspondence
  • Process expenses
  • Assist with special projects as requested
Qualifications:
  • Degree preferred
  • 2-5+ years of experience out of professional services
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, and Surveys) and Mac experience
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $85K base depending on experience + bonus
  • 15 days PTO
