FUNCTION

This position has direct responsibility managing routine administrative tasks and ensuring completion of

contract’s administrative and fiscal obligations.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures client stipends are processed and distributed
• Oversees record keeping and data entry processes and performing data entry as needed
• Prepares communications such as emails, reports and other correspondences
• Provides support to team by answering phone calls, scheduling meeting and appointments
• Attend weekly all staff meetings and individual supervision.
• Assist in the flow of services at the Drop-In Center & other duties, as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

[X ] High School

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Computer knowledge and competent writing skills.

QUALIFICATION NEEDED

Must have a track record that demonstrates ability to perform the job functions outlined above and relevant experience

in office management and in managing administrative and fiscal aspects of government contracts.
