Primary Position Objectives
Assists Admin Support II & Eng Director / Managers, Engineering and Tool Room staff in daily administrative activities

Key Responsibilities
Description of Duties
Administration
- Maintains a thorough and current understanding of Engineering / Tooling documents and processing procedures.
- Assist in the development of new and revision change project.
- Responsible for the maintenance of ISO procedures and related document control.
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining minutes of department meetings (i.e. design review team, etc.)
- Creates purchase orders, tooling travelers, and other related documents using the company operation system software.
- Maintains up-dates all engineering and tooling data.
- Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the electronic data storage.
Lean Initiatives
- Observes company processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Participates in Lean Projects.
Other
- Maintains adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards.
- May be required to assist or otherwise instruct other personnel.
- Performs other duties as may be required.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or demonstration of equivalent skills.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion with minimum instructions while adhering to prescribed routines and practices.
- Computer skills requiring an average working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Basic office skills such as data entry and filing.
- Basic math knowledge.
- Ability to work well with others.
