- Developing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, reminders, letters, and documents.
- Electronic filing, updating, scanning, photocopying, and archiving of paper-varying programmatic documents.
- Coordinating provider professional development programming, issuing reminders of meeting dates, distributing training materials, and tracking attendance and viability of continued program offerings.
- Collection and review of various vendor invoices for payment.
- Maintaining report checklists and tracking the submission of final reports.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in computer technology, including expertise in various software products, such as Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and state portals.
- Experience working independently and as a team member to accomplish deadline-driven tasks.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Reporting to the Director of Grants Development and Management, the Part-Time Administrative School Readiness Support will support the School Readiness liaisons with the administrative duties of the Bridgeport School Readiness program. Tasks will include but are not limited to managing meeting calendar updates and agendas, maintaining programmatic documentation checklists, sending professional development reminders, electronic filing and organization of School Readiness documents, preparing meeting and event materials, and assembling School Readiness Council onboarding binders.
This work requires that the employee have considerable knowledge and competence in the following areas: computer technology, organization, and project administration. In addition, the employee should demonstrate a strong commitment and have a record of excellence in customer service.
