What You'll Do:
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of adjunct (part-time) faculty, working with candidates through the application, interview, hiring and orientation processes. Manage adjunct (part-time) faculty postings and maintain candidate files.
- Answer questions regarding adjunct (part-time) faculty hiring and onboarding process.
- Assist with adjunct (part-time) faculty reviews and assign adjunct (part-time) faculty offices.
- Collect student evaluations of full-time faculty for personnel committee reviews.
- Assist with the management and student enrollment in special courses, including independent study and internship courses.
- Manage updates and enter curriculum changes into the University’s catalog system to begin the workflow process.
- Assist and collaborate with various constituencies in the preparation of Special Projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years of college course work required.
- 2 or more years of office experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Experience with SharePoint/PeopleSoft preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively.
- Demonstrated workplace professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
