Administrative Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Southern Heights Dental is a group practice located in the Crossroads Professional Building, a state of the art medical office in Faribault MN. We are expanding and looking for a Full-Time Administrative Scheduling Specialist. Full-Time hours are 32+ hours a week with benefits.

Our very busy practice is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and a detail oriented individual with the desire to provide excellent service to our patients. As part of our team it is essential that you have a positive attitude, ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and convey a professional image.

Duties include but are not limited to: General office tasks, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with questions, reviewing patient treatment plans, setting up financial arrangements, calling patients regarding appointments, verifying insurance, working with insurance claims, and project work as assigned.

Southern Heights Dental Group closes on Friday's at 2pm so our staff can enjoy the long weekend.
