This position is eligible for a $3,000 retention bonus ($1,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)
Salary Range
Dependent upon qualifications
$21.04 - $25.47 per hour

Position Summary
Provide administrative support to create an integrated, efficient and high-quality Administrative Intake, referral and Scheduling process across the agency for clients and staff. Provide liaison and resource regarding third party payor billing, insurance verification and insurance authorizations issues. Provide administrative support services to programs and staff, as assigned.
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Upon supervisor approval, this position may be eligible to transition into hybrid.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Two (2) or more years of front desk, and clerical/administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
- Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting
- Third-party coverage verification
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
