Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the administration department
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including phone systems, file management, and calendar management
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team
- Develop and implement training programs for new administrative staff
- Ensure efficient and effective communication within the organization
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the administrative team
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
