Administrative Executive

As the Administrative Executive , your primary role is to foster and uphold relationships with members, affiliates, as well as state and national associations. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks such as managing finances by paying bills, reconciling bank accounts, and making deposits, maintaining databases, overseeing the upkeep of the office building and grounds, and managing the association's website. Additionally, you will be required to organize and speak at events, ensuring effective communication with diverse audiences. It is crucial for you to stay current with Professional Standards certifications and complete the necessary Continuing Education hours annually. You can not have an active real estate license to qualify for this position.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess proficiency in software applications like QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel, as well as Adobe. Familiarity with accounting procedures, a proactive approach to work, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, assertiveness, and a friendly demeanor are essential qualities. You must be capable of passing a thorough background and credit check. The work schedule entails 32 hours per week in the office, with some flexibility while maintaining set hours.
