In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments, managing email and communication, organizing and maintaining files and documents, and providing general support to the team.
Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team managers.
- Manage email and communication, including responding to inquiries and routing messages to appropriate parties
- Maintain and update database information as needed
- Organize and maintain files and documents, including project documents, team member records, and other important materials
- Provide general support to the technical services teams, including ordering supplies and equipment, booking travel, and assisting with team-wide projects and initiatives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with database maintenance and management is a plus, but not required
- Experience in a software development or technology-related field is a plus, but not required
