Your tasks
- Assist with day-to-day meeting and event planning
- Responsible for calling venues for availability, making dinner reservations as directed by the business, assisting Sr Planners with day-to-day follow-ups, budgeting, hotel rooming lists, and credit card invoices
- Create cost estimates and budgets for business owner and receive signed budget back prior to proceeding
- Communicate any changes, additions, and/or deletions to hotels as provided by the business
- Provide logistics as needed
- Manage the invitation process, including guest lists, RSVPs, and communications.
- Liaise with hotels and venues to ensure all logistical aspects are well-coordinated.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
- Oversee food and beverage arrangements, catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Provide post-event reports and analysis to assess the success of each Salon meeting.
- Follow up with post event Survey

Your qualifications
- 3 plus years administrative experience or on site meeting coordination
- Exceptional verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to update documents on a regular basis
- Detail and process oriented
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to quality
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task
- Ability to solve problems
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint
- Cvent or other event management knowledge a plus
- Ability to travel 10%-15%

The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
