Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and maintaining accurate records
Release impounded vehicles to the appropriate registered owner
-Process impounded vehicle documents
-Handle multiple forms of payment
-Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- -Typing is essential for this position
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while providing excellent customer service
