Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as client concierge to ensure exceptional client relations
Answers phone calls and responds to emails with professional demeanor, integrity, and positive attitude
Works directly with clients on service questions and executes any updates, changes, or complex issues independently
Handles sensitive, confidential, proprietary information with discretion
Communicates with our broker/dealer, various fund companies and insurance companies with professionalism
Maintains timely client, prospect, and vendor records in our CRM system
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence with the highest level of compliance
Assists with the completion of investment and insurance paperwork with accuracy
Adheres to existing policies and procedures
Implement trades, transactions and money movements as directed by advisors
Interacts with clients, peers and corporate office employees to solve problems, facilitate operations and solicit information as needed

Required Education & Experience
HS diploma required, business related college degree preferred
3 years minimum of experience in administrative support that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Demonstrated track record of strong knowledge in financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat & other technology applications

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
