Radiology & Neurovascular Lab
Summary
The Administrative Assistant for Radiology is responsible for supporting the Radiology & Neurovascular Lab Departments and Director.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize education for the department
- Verify, organize and update employee licensure and competency files
- File and organize equipment inventory
- Schedule physicist equipment evaluations
- Create check requests
- Upload and manage radiation monitoring badges for the department
- Schedule and organize meetings
- Take and create meeting minutes
- Act as assistant to the Director performing general administrative duties
- Process departmental payroll
- Enter departmental dashboard data
- Act as departmental ISO document controller
- Exercise discretion, judgment and demonstrate initiative
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
- Advanced computer skills – Experience with Epic and Microsoft Office are preferred.
- Operate office equipment and software in order to efficiently complete tasks managed by this position
- Minimum requirement, high school diploma or GED
