JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Administrative Coordinator in providing administrative support to the Director of Practice Managment. Duties include answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls to the appropriate person according to their needs. Opens, reads, and distributes incoming mail. Completes forms in accordance with company procedures. Confirms appointments for clients, and visitors. Completes project based work as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare related field is preferred.
Required Skills
- Able to perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Proficient in Computer skills and basic software programs.
- Capable of maintaining accurate record keeping and filing.
- Must be able to perform duties and maintain personal conduct, attitude and appearance that conform to policies and procedures of TJSCH.
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective and professional relationships with employees and the public are essential.
Minimum Work Experience
- Previous experience in Practice Management or Healthcare preferred

- Professionally administers all incoming calls. Accurately records messages, handles inquiries, or directs the caller to the appropriate person according to their needs.
- Greets guests, employees and physicians in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

- Plans, schedules and coordinates meetings and conferences for the Director and Physicians.
- Communicates customer and employee related problems/concerns to the Director in a timely manner
- Establishes and maintains a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with employees, physicians, and other personnel of TJSCH.
