Administrative Assistant (Part-time) (Open Positions: 1)

Shift: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Days Worked: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu., Fri.
Rate of Pay: $18.74 - $18.74
Job Summary
Major Job Duties
- Logs work orders into the database; ensures all work orders are seen by supervisor; ensures maintenance workers log proper hours of maintenance work.
- Checks mail daily for invoices.
- Creates check vouchers for invoices that are to be paid and applies to the proper account; audits invoices for payment and allocates payments online.
- Monitors employees’ electronic timecards and approves for payroll processing.
- Schedules meetings and updates supervisors’ calendars with proper meeting times, employee absences, and any events.
- Takes and logs notes from monthly department meetings; distributes notes to any employees who were absent during the meeting.
- Types and develops notes and instructions for department when using new computer software.
- Assists with preparing the annual building maintenance budget.
- Performs related duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in computers and job-related software (ex. Outlook, Word, Excel)

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than two years of related experience
Physical Demands
The work is typically performed at a desk while typically sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, or stooping. The employee frequently lifts light objects.
The work is typically performed in an office.
Salary & Benefits
This is part-time position working 25 hours per week with a pay grade of 9A ($18.47) per hour.
