Job Summary:* The Administrative Assistant provides full clerical support to the Notice/Lien Department, including sorting and distributing department mail, obtaining notary signatures, printing documents and document review.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Process & distribute department correspondence, mail daily
- Coordinate printing, signing/notarizing, and scanning of lien documents
- Manage lien waiver inboxes; review & obtain signatures/notary on documents
- Process FedEx, registered mail, etc. for notice & lien services
- Assist department with filing, serving & tracking lien documents as needed; working interdepartmentally to complete tasks
- Assist with project setup, data entry, and project verification duties
- Review documents for accuracy and obtain all necessary signatures
- Complete project system updates
- Asist with payment bond investigations
- Generate departmental reports, gather information when needed
- Contact clients via phone to verify information as needed
- Provide prompt & extraordinary client service
- Coordinate a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously
- Participate & contribute to department rocks, projects, and process improvements
- Collaborate interdepartmentally
- Other duties as assigned

Education, experience, certifications
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment or any combination of education and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
