This talented administrative professional will help support between 10-15 providers within our Neonatology team. You will perform routine administrative duties such as basic calendaring using Outlook, answering department main phone line, ordering supplies, filing reimbursements, basic tracking and data entry with Excel and creating agendas and assisting with PowerPoint presentations.
This position requires:
High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Three years of experience.
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
This person will have a hybrid schedule where they will work 2 days a week in the office. They could also be in the office more frequently if they prefer. Hours: Monday through Friday.
