SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Performs semi-skilled duties of a routine nature. A variety of activities may be required but decision-making is at a minimum.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $16.51 to $21.49 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • *Maintains organized reception area and opens and/ or closes location.
  • * Performs reception duties, accurately takes messages and gives appropriate directions to clients and general public; assists all visitors, clients, and staff in processing their inquiries.
  • Provides information to staff as needed related to client interactions to assist with treatment planning and implementation.
  • *Enters, distributes, and maintains daily therapeutic staff schedules/activities; collects fees, prepares receipts.
  • *Monitors fax machine, distributing incoming faxes, and assists in outgoing upon request; receives and distributes incoming agency mail; prepares outgoing daily agency mail.
  • *Always displays a courteous and caring attitude to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency.
  • Manages client data in electronic health record(s) to include uploading documents in a timely manner.
  • *Provides administrative assistance to the program director, assistant program director, office manager, therapists and case managers
  • *Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance.
  • Cooperates and collaborates with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.
  • Abides by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.
  • Develops personal and program related skills through participation in internal and external training opportunities including printed material and audio and/or visual media.
  • *Creates, maintains, and shares as appropriate a dynamic self-care plan.
  • *Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible in order to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts.
  • *Essential functions of this job is to be performed on company physical work site.
  • Performs other program related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years’ experience
  • Proficiency in basic office skills and personal computer skills.
